Pride of ownership is evident throughout this hacienda style home. Talavera tile counter tops and red terra-cotta floors complement tropical hardwood doors and windows. All rooms are air conditioned and both bedrooms have a king size bed and full bath. The bedrooms are separated from the living quarters and all open to an arched terrace and swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden.

The villa has a lovely living room, but most guests spend their time relaxing on the large, covered outdoor terrace. This private setting offers a comfortable conversation area as well as a separate dining area, inviting guests to linger from sunrise to sunset. From the terrace, there is an uninterrupted view of the mangrove forest. These forests are part of Mexico's precious natural resources, where exotic birds and animals are often seen and heard.

The patio wraps around the swimming pool where resort quality lounge chairs are situated for sunbathing by day and star gazing by night.

The kitchen is a gourmet cook's delight. Large and spacious, it is equipped with all the modern conveniences to make your stay more comfortable. Just off the living room there is a small terrace, shaded in the morning, making a perfect place to enjoy your first cup of coffee.

A separate study, detached from the main living area, provides a cozy retreat for those who might seek a little solitude during their stay. Here you have privacy to read a good book or take a long nap in air conditioned comfort. The study has a futon for an additional overnight guest.
